Meet Mary H
Mary completed her Therapy Certification in Oahu, Hawaii at Hawaii Healing Arts College. Soon after, she relocated to the Boulder area and has completed her Certification at The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration. She has a true passion for healing through body work and offer specialties in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Pre-Natal, and Structural Integration.
Kerry attended and received her Massage Therapy Training and Certificate in 2007 and has continued her education and interest in massage and bodywork ever since.
Her style of massage integrates several techniques while using a range of therapeutic methods helping to cater to each client’s specific needs during their healing journey. These include Deep Tissue Methods, Swedish Methods and Myofascial Release.
Kerry’s influence from working in Spa Environments have allowed her the opportunity to refine and curate routines for relaxing special treatments like Hot Stone Massage, Body Scrubs and Body Wraps.
She is certified with the International Cupping Therapy Association and recommends everyone experience this extremely effective modality at least once. The suction of the cups stretches and lifts connective tissue, thus loosening areas of adhesion or restriction while increasing blood and lymph flow to skin and muscles in ways not possible using compression. Simultaneously, the pulling action engages the parasympathetic nervous system and allows the body to experience a deep relaxation.
When she is not in the office you will find her somewhere elevated in the mountains, seeking adventure with her husband and their two dogs.
